Conni Osorio-Medina is a U.S. Army service-disabled veteran with experience spanning military service, federal government operations, and the event production industry. Her background in logistics, planning, operations, and live event production has shaped the values she brings to every project: service, discipline, accountability, and excellence.
Her journey inspired the creation of Beyond Event Productions, a company built to reflect those values and deliver exceptional event experiences with the highest standards of service and professionalism. Beyond was also created with a greater purpose: to build meaningful opportunities for veterans, women, and local talent to learn, grow, and develop careers in the event production industry, while creating a culture where people feel valued and take pride in the work they do.
